Dust Extractor Machine

The Dust Extractor Machine is designed to efficiently capture and remove dust particles from industrial and workshop environments, ensuring a cleaner and safer workspace. Equipped with high-performance filters and powerful suction capabilities, it minimizes airborne dust, protects machinery, and improves air quality.

Description

Salient FEATURES :

Flexible for special applications for lighter process dust problem.
Dust weighed down air enters the collector through an expansion chamber, where heavy dust partials are deposited by gravity.
The finer dust passes upward through a single large orifice and is finally collected by a multiple sleeve fabric filter, the top of which is attached to a highly effective snap action shaking mechanism, operated by a handle manually on the back side of the unit/equipment.
On shaking the dust is deposited into a drawer for easy disposal.
The Fan is directly connected to electric motor.
Cleaned air is handled by the fan which discharges vertically and so prevents draughts.
Provided with stainless steel 304 contact parts. SS 316 contact parts – Optional.
Blower fan is dynamically balanced.
Castor wheel provided for ease in mobility.
Large door is provided to inspect the fan and filter.
Can be customized with 500 CFM or more as per requirement.
